The California Hotel & Lodging Association is proud to recognize the idustry's best with the annual Hotel All Stars award program.

This program celebrates not just one employee or property winner per category, but a distinguished class of Hotel All Stars who embody the true spirit of hospitality and consistently go above and beyond in their roles. All nominees will be recognized at our awards show on December 3, 2026.

To make the celebration even more special, we're asking for personal nomination videos. These videos will be shared at the event, providing a special opportunity to highlight the dedication and excellence of your team members.
